Sylvan Pendragon Death Cause: Did She Attempt Suicide? What Happened?
According to Christopher Kuhn, a Black Mountain Police Department officer, a heated altercation erupted on Friday at about 7:30 am between Thomas Mark Richard Hughey and Sylvan Lua.
And the guy had previously threatened to murder Sylvan Lua with a pistol.
Hughey also locked Sylvan Lua in a toilet and strangled her with a belt as she yelled for help.

With the belt looped around her neck, he pulled the woman from the bathroom to the bedroom.
Later, the man compelled her to have sexual relations with him. The woman’s neck was swelled and covered in red bruises when Police arrived.
She informed Coon that Huey’s belt was still wrapped around the woman’s neck, forcing her to conduct sexual activities against her will, and Coon documented her claims in the search warrant.
The individual is currently in Police custody. He was held without bond at the Buncombe County Detention Center.
According to a Buncombe County Magistrate Judge, Thomas Mark Richard Hughey is accused of assaulting a separate lady.
He also stated that he might face further charges shortly.
Police also charged him with misdemeanor charges of assault on a woman, violating a domestic violence order, and false detention in addition to felony assault by strangulation.
These accusations are a result of the vicious attack on Sylvan Lua.

According to authorities, the accusations arose from a horrible incident that happened on Friday morning, and Huey’s encounter with the victim was recounted in a search warrant application.
The Black Hills Police Department’s Detective Christopher Kuhn stated in the search warrant on Friday at 7:30 am that a disagreement between Huey and a lady evolved into an attack.

In the search warrant, Coon documented her comments. In his report, Kuhn wrote that the woman’s neck was “red, swollen, and bruised-looking.”
In the search warrant, Kuhn stated that Huey, who had previously threatened to murder the lady, exhibited a revolver to the victim and placed it on a table in the room where the incident occurred.
Hughey was served with a protective order on February 22. The agreement is in effect until 2019.
Hughey is being detained without bond at the Buncombe County Detention Center.
He is charged with strangling assault, misdemeanor assault on a lady, false detention, and disobeying a court order issued in late February.
Orders for domestic assault are examples of infractions.
The news shocked her family and friends because they had been living apart from her. The family has spoken out against the injustice.
